Below are some of the features within Print2Post that when set up allow budget controls, managerial level approvals and complex reporting.
Configure a hierarchical structure allowing management of branches, divisions, cost centres etc.
Different budgets can be assigned to different organisational units. For instance, your Marketing and Customer services teams can have independent budgets, controlled by senior branch management or branch-level budgets controlled by head office.
The budget control also enables approvals to be mandated to enable certain purchases only on agreement from senior personnel.
Approval of the content of mailings can be mandated to enable for example, a Marketing team or standards compliance team to check through outgoing mailings to ensure they meet corporate branding guidelines, are compliant to industry regulations etc.
Centralised management of a library of document templates, PDF backgrounds (e.g. letterheads, compliance text and marketing includes) and composed “Mailpacks” consisting of a collection of documents ready to be merged with data and mailed by Print2Post. These Mailpacks can include rules to vary the templates and backgrounds used based on values within the customer data for the mailing.
MANAGED LIBRARY OF MAILING LISTS AND CUSTOMER DATA
Managed library of static “Account variables” that can be used as a means of managing fixed text, ideal for including variable marketing offers or regulatory standards compliance text as standard in some templates & managing the actual content centrally, removing reliance on the person creating the mailing to get things right & massively simplifying the update process to a single point of change rather than having to audit all of your templates independently.
The powerful Print2Post intelligence tool is also available to corporate users allowing you to vary the content. Custom envelopes. As corporate customers, we can make available a managed stock of customised envelopes to ensure your branding is presented to your customers as intended.
MAIL RETURNS MANAGEMENT
We do offer a returns management service at our secure site, however with the corporate option of custom envelopes comes the ability to change the return address on the envelope to enable you to manage returned/undeliverable mail in-house.
MANAGED STOCK INSERTS
As an established and professional printing firm, we are also able to offer specialist pre-printed inserts to be included in your mailed items like Business Reply Envelopes (BRE), leaflets, small booklets and tri-folds to corporate customers, integrated within the Print2Post system. AUTOMATION AND INTEGRATION
There is support in API (Application Programming Interface) for corporate features & services (for more information see API documentation) to enable integration with your own, or 3rd party systems.
Our supplementary tools such as the Print2Post print driver, Print2Post Connect and iPhone postcards app can all be used with corporate accounts.
