A4 Documents – How It Works
You now have the basic start point – an A4 letter with space for an address and an address list to send it to. Lets see how these are combined by Docmail to create a mail shot.
STEP 3: LOGIN TO PRINT2POST TO CREATE THE MAILING
If you already have a Print2Post account, log into it or you can log in as a guest to try out the process.
Click the ‘Create a Mailing’ button and on the next screen, ensure that ‘A4 Letter’ is selected. The following screen shows you your mailing options, with the defaults selected. You have the physical mail options of “Standard delivery”, the equivalent of Royal Mail Second Class post, and “First Class”, which incurs a surcharge.
Click on ‘Next’ and upload your document
Click on ‘Next’ once more and your file uploads
